Returns & Replacements
When delivering products:
- When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to cancel within the expire date of the sale.
- During this period the consumer will treat the product and packaging carefully. The consumer will return the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to 433 as instructed.
- Returns should be received within 30 days after shipment in order to get a different product or refund.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method. Shipping parties are PostNL, Fedex, DHL and/or UPS. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase. The cost of returning products for a refund/exchange may be up to the customer.

The 433 shop prides itself on the accuracy and turn around time of our products. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are accepted/honored. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
