When will I receive my order?

Orders should take between 10 – 12 (Europe) or 10 – 15 working days (Rest of the world) from the end of the campaign to arrive. It is possible that your order will be delivered a bit earlier or later.

Our experience shows us that shipments towards Spain, Australia, Canada and Brazil can take a bit longer. Please be a bit more patient, as the delivery date could be a few days later.

Do you have a tracking number for the shipment of my order?

I have given the wrong adress information. How can i change this?

Your address information can be changed before the period of sale has come to an end. Please send an e-mail to shop@by433.com and mention your order number and the correct information.

How can I change my order details (such as chosen design, size or color)?

You should have received an order confirmation. Please check your spam inbox. If it isn’t in your spam inbox, please check your bank account to see if your payment has been completed. If the order confirmation isn’t in your spam inbox and the payment was completed, please send an e-mail to shop@by433.com.

My order hasn't been delivered within the estimated delivery time. When will I receive my product? 

We are not held responsible for the exact delivery time because it is outsourced. Orders should take between 10 – 12 (Europe) or 10 – 15 working days (Rest of the world) from the end of the campaign to arrive. It is possible that your order will be delivered a bit earlier or later. If your order has far surpassed the estimated delivery times, please contact us at shop@by433.com and mention your order number.
 
You are now offering a new product in your webshop but I still haven't received my order from the previous sale. When will I receive my product?
 
Don’t worry. You will still receive your product. Orders should take between 10 – 12 (Europe) or 10 – 15 working days (Rest of the world) from the end of the campaign to arrive. It is possible that we already have started a new campaign by then, but this has no influence on your order from the previous campaign.
I have received my product but it is faulty. What now?
Goods are considered faulty when they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. If your 433 product is damaged as a result of wear and tear they will not be classified to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. In order to return your product, please contact us at shop@by433.com and we will do our best to find the right solution.
I have received my product but the size doesn't fit me well. Can I return it for a different sire or get a refund?
Yes, it is possible to return the shirt in order to receive another size or get a refund. However, we do not have a free return policy. The customer will have to cover the shipping costs. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of the shirt. If the shirt is not available, we will refund your payment. Please send an e-mail to shop@by433.com if you want to return your product and mention the reason, the preferred solution and your order number and we will do our best to find the right solution.
The product I have received is not my liking. Can I refurn it and get a refund?

It is possible to return the shirt in order to get a refund. However, we do not have a free return policy. The customer will have to cover the shipping costs. Please send an e-mail to shop@by433.com if you want to return your product and mention the reason, the preferred solution and your order number and we will do our best to find the right solution.

How do I return the product? 

Before returning the product, please contact us through shop@by433.com. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same package for shipment to make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible. All items should be returned in their original packaging. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 21 days. Returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted by 433.

Who will deliver my order?

Our shipping party is PostNL. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping costs are different per order. After adding the products to your cart and proceeding to the checkout, you will see the total shipping costs for your order.

Can I cancel my order?

When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to cancel within the expire date of the sale. Please send an e-mail to shop@by433.com and mention your order number and we will do our best to find the right solution.

My order had been cancelled. What should I do now? 

Orders could be cancelled because the payment could not be completed. Please contact your bank to find out what the problem could be. Our webshop accepts various payment methods. You can try placing a new order and select a different payment method.
