Orders should take between 14 – 18 (Europe) or 18 – 22 working days (Rest of the world) from the end of the campaign to arrive. It is possible that your order will be delivered a bit earlier or later.
Our experience shows us that shipments towards Spain, Australia, Canada and Brazil can take a bit longer. Please be a bit more patient, as the delivery date could be a few days later.
We can deliver the products to every country in the world, except for Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Kuwait and Kazachstan.
Unfortunately, our current shipping method doesn’t contain a tracking number.

You are now offering a new product in your webshop but I still haven’t received my order from the previous sale. When will I receive my product?
Don’t worry. You will still receive your product. Orders should take between 12 – 16 days from the end of the campaign to arrive. It is possible that we already have started a new campaign by then, but this has no influence on your order from the previous campaign.
Goods are considered faulty when they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. If your 433 product is damaged as a result of wear and tear they will not be classified to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. In order to return your product, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to find the right solution.
I have received my product but the size doesn’t fit me well. Can I return it for a different size or get a refund?
It is possible to return the shirt in order to receive another size or get a refund. However, we do not handle a free return policy. The customer will have to cover the shipping costs. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of the shirt. If the shirt is not available, we will refund your payment. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to return your product and mention the reason, the preferred solution and your order number and we will do our best to find the right solution.

No. The products are being produced after the period of sale has ended. After receiving the products, they will be send out immediately. Therefore the shirts aren’t available at our office.
